Trim Archived / Recorded Media

Caution: Trimming videos permanently deletes the trimmed portions of both the audio/video of an uploaded media file and this cannot be undone.

STEP 1:
Go your Episode Manager page (https://v3.sermonstudio.net/secure/Episodes) page within your Account.

STEP 2:
Select the Episode you want to Trim / Edit.

STEP 3:
Click on media type (audio or video) that you want to Trim.

STEP 4:
Using the Preview Player, play the video and click on the [CaptureTrim Start] and [Capture Trim End] times to set the start and stop times for the clip you want to create.
 (4B) You can also manually enter Trim Start and Trim End times within the fields provided [HH:MM:SS].

STEP 5:
Click on the [Trim] button.

* At this time, your Trim request has been successfully submitted. Our system is now transcoding a new media file based on your trim settings. It could take some time until the trimmed video is ready for playback. Your video will remain playable at its original length until the trimmed version is ready.
