Scheduling your live streams allows you to:
- Keep your “time till next live” timer accurately counting down to your next live event.
- Automatically update the stream’s details and settings between broadcasts.
- Automatically publish your Live Stream Recording to a new episode in your on demand archive, with the proper details in place.
You can schedule several broadcasts in advance. Each stream’s details will automatically be updated for the next scheduled event.
The updated details will be displayed wherever your live stream is accessed, including on your social networks.
If you are automatically creating a new On Demand Episode from the Live Recording the Episode that is created will include the updated details as well as the settings you included in the Stream’s Schedule (for example, the Episode’s playlist and podcast assignments).
STEP 1:
Go to the Live Stream Schedule (https://v3.sermonstudio.net/secure/LiveSchedule) page within your account.
STEP 2:
Click on [ Add New ]
STEP 3:
Complete the Add New Live Schedule form.
- REQUIRED FIELDS
- Title of the Live Broadcast
- Date of the Live Broadcast
- Start time of the Live Broadcast
- End Time of the Live Broadcast
- End Date of the Live Broadcast (typically the same day)
- Enter your time zone.
- Q: Will this be a recurring event (will this repeat week after week)? [Yes/No]

- Episode Speaker / Author
- Episode Categories
- Playlist Assignment
- Podcast Assignment
- Tags / keywords
- Bible reference
- Is there a PDF to be included? (up to 2 PDFs can be added)
- PDF tag/ button label

- If you are simulcasting your live stream to Facebook and / or YouTube do you also want to send the details above? Note: This will update the details within your Simulcast > Social Post Settings.
